At Turpone Casa, we do not warehouse inventory. Every single piece of furniture is cut, crafted, and finished specifically for you only after your order is placed. This zero-waste approach allows us to maintain uncompromising quality and sustainable practices.
Because each piece is made to order by our master craftsmen, standard lead times are currently between 6 to 8 weeks. For particularly large bespoke items (such as the Ebony Dining Table), this may extend to 10 weeks.
We provide complimentary white-glove installation on all domestic orders. Our specialized logistics team will deliver your piece, assemble it in your room of choice, and remove all packing materials. We treat your home with the utmost respect.
Yes. As an atelier, we offer bespoke adjustments to our standard dimensions, as well as alternative monochromatic upholstery options (such as substituting black velvet for black leather). Please visit our Client Services page to submit a Custom Commission Inquiry.
Because every item is crafted to your unique commission, we do not accept standard returns. However, we guarantee the structural integrity and aesthetic perfection of every piece. If an item arrives damaged or materially differs from our high standards, we will repair or replace it at our expense within 30 days of delivery.
